A $400 lane reservation fee is required to secure your load pickup slot. This fee helps streamline the scheduling process and confirms your pickup number. Payment can be made through Zelle, Cash App, or Wire Transfer. Once the driver submits the fee, we’ll promptly provide the pickup number along with a receipt confirming the refundable deposit. This amount is fully refundable after your first successful delivery, ensuring both reliability and peace of mind for your logistics.
Why We Charge a Slot Fee:
We charge a slot fee to help ensure commitment and reliability from carriers. In the past, we’ve experienced situations where carriers book dedicated lanes and then disappear at the last moment, leaving us with little time to find a replacement. This last-minute scramble can disrupt the entire shipment process. The slot fee helps mitigate this risk by securing the carrier’s commitment upfront, allowing us to better plan and provide smooth, on-time service. The fee is refundable upon the first delivery, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Why We Charge a Slot Fee:
For government shipping contracts, we require an upfront payment of $1,299 for a one-year agreement. This payment secures your contract reservation and covers essential administrative and operational costs. To promote transparency and trust, the fee is fully refundable upon successful completion of the 12-month term. By collecting this upfront commitment, we can streamline the process, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient, reliable service for your government freight and logistics needs.
